Sahel - سهل - "Sahel" unified government application for electronic services
"Sahel" application is a unified government application for electronic services of various government agencies, through which citizens and residents perform services and transactions more easily, quickly and effectively, according to distinguished quality standards, to provide a new experience for the completion of government transactions.
The "Sahel" application is considered a unified government window and a channel for receiving notifications and announcements from all government agencies. It allows citizens and residents unified access to all government services, and contributes to improving the provision of services electronically.
Services provided by the application "Sahel":-
• Data: The service allows identifying the status of the relationship of the (citizen/resident) with the government entity through official documents, their status and expiry dates.
• Services: The ability to apply for services provided by government agencies to the public, through which they can complete their transactions
• Notifications: alert or reminder messages from government agencies to the public that express the status and position of the service provided.
• Appointments: book government appointments through the application, through the Matta platform.
• Announcements: Displaying government agencies' advertisements, through which their services, news, and all that the citizen and resident needs.
